How to request one

Please write to admin@possirak.com with the following.

• The headline and address of the article
• The part you believe to be contrary to fact
• What you are asking us to correct, and material supporting it
• Your name and contact details

How we handle it

1. We acknowledge receipt within three days.
2. We check the facts and reply with the outcome within seven days.
3. Where a correction is warranted we amend the article without delay and state in it what was corrected and when.
4. Where a correction is not warranted, we explain why.

Right of reply

If you believe an article has caused you harm, you may request a right of reply. Receipt and handling follow the same procedure as a correction request.

Press Arbitration Commission

A correction request may be made within three months of the day you became aware of the article, and within six months of its publication. If you do not accept the outcome of our handling, or if no agreement is reached, you may apply to the Korea Press Arbitration Commission for mediation; that application must also be made within the same period.
